I'm envisioning people like these are the things that they put on the note cards that they pick up at aid stations. And I've always thought the key to that is having some having a strong element of being deliberate, right? You have to tie back to an actual experience that the athlete has had that's either about their training or about the moments within their training and kind of like conquering something. That emotional connection is actually very visceral when they go and they and they read that thing, they're like, Okay, yeah, I instantly identify with this.
