So he was also charged with aggravated attempt to distribute. He has a public defender who never, sort of walked him through what it would mean to be on the ex offender registry. His wife and kid at home were without him, without the income, like they were both tily desperate. And so in this deal, he gets eight years of probation, and he gets 15 years on the sexofender registry.
