The Right's Obsession With Sex and Gender

I think the sex and gender stuff has obviously been interesting to the right for a long time going back to the fixation on like the feminist movement. And once the conversation about toxic masculinity and gamergate started like, that snowball starts rolling down the hill,. The whole conversation about sex and gender has just exploded with social media. It was surprising back 2012, 2013, 2014, how often this very issue was coming up in the research about what's best for boys in education. I really think that the online right is obsessed with this in a way that nobody else is.
