Introduction

The crucible is a tale about two times and tal about all of time. The work ostensibly centres around the salem, massachusetts witch trials of 16 92. It is also an allegory for miller's own upsetting personal experience with mccartheism. Every era has its own kangaroo court of common opinion based on no evidence. We'll hit a little bit on plot points, but we won't be giving an act by act synopsis.
