How to Tease Out the Difference Between Action and Project

People don't tease out the difference between an action and a project. They think of their projects as theire to do list. So very, very important that the runway and ten thousand and areas of focus and responsibility is teased out as parate events. And one of the things i say to people is, look, if the project is really self evident, you may not need to make it a project.
