Stereotypes About Americans

CNN's John Sutter has spent a lot of time traveling and made friends from all around the world. He says Americans are, first and foremost, seen as a loud people. "An awful lot of us are willing to shoot up schools," one Venezuelan man told him after Sandy Hook shooting. People in countries closer to U.S. were more likely to refer to America as arrogant or violent.
