The Importance of Accents in Customer Feedback

There's quite a bit of challenge for fine tuning any of these generative models to enhance their performance and get them to work on specific tasks really well. And so even within some of those customers, you have these really entertaining customer feedback calls where they'll look at a word or a name like Rahul and say 10 different pronunciations. So we can typically apply accents fairly well. It's a very requested feature that we've implemented.
