ijenpo: We are in a transition face now, where we are moving from this whole economy existing in the shadows to trying to figure out how it becomes more formalized. The reason why so much of the the interaction in this industry happens in the shadows and under the table is because of the de valuing that has happened. "Shame" plays a very deep part of what structures the dynamic in this industry," ijenpo says.
