The Importance of Protein in the Diet

Too much protein in the diet, which how does muscle get made? Protein has been linked to a lot of different chronic diseases. There is never any evidence, there has not been, to my knowledge, nor in literature, to support higher levels of dietary protein having any kind of negative effect ever. The data would support that nearly double that is what is more optimal in human randomize control trials.
