Why Aren't We Using Analytics in Baseball?
The win probability had the Ravens at 73.5% by going for the touchdown but only 69.7% with kicking a field goal. Analytics does not take into account the fact that you had not put points on the board since the first half. It's about time that somebody stood up and said to one of these owners, listen you're going too far. If you want to be straight analytics do it. Get rid of everybody. Frankly get rid of the players. We could just do it like in a Madden situation where it's not the real players. Let's pay players for their name, image and likeness and not subject them to any concussions or back injuries. Or both
