The Biggest Lesson in Theory of Change

The biggest lesson is unpack the evidence into a really robust theory of change. Having a very clear strategy for delivering those inputs and those activities in such a way that you are going to set off that causal pathway, right? For example, with de worming, once you get tablets in mouths, you can be reasonably confident that those are going to kill the worms. That's not something you need to re litigate, right? And so coverage in that case, like the number of children receiving worming drugs, as long as you know that they're not fake, right? You don't mean to relitigate that all the time.
