Is the Instructure Bill Passing Well?

It's quite an interesting time. We planned to discuss this book for quite a while, maybe over a month now. And it's interesting that the nstructure bill actually passes the friday before we talk about this. But then there's some sort of an optimism from them actually coming together and doing something. So i'm curious what you thought last week after this momentous bill passed well.
