"If you just want to build a business that employs people and it's fun to work at, you can kind of just do some simple stuff and you cauld do it really well," he says. "The hard part is the emotional part - like, whel i'm afraid of failing, or i don't think i'm not confident enough to actually talk to some one about this." 'You have to put a lot of effort into it,' writes entrepreneur John Defterios. "'Do you want to be right all the time, or do you want to have friends? Do you want o a good relationships?'
