Golfers have a lot of Variabilities, even if we have really good players. We're going to go back to high school with newton's laws of motion. In the absence of an unbalanced force, an object in motion will remain in that state of motion. For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction. When you push on the ground with your foot, the grass in the ground pushes back. And when you hit the golf ball, the ball pushes back with the same amount of force.
