Language is clearly a barrier, but actually a lot of Ukrainian healthcare workers speak pretty good English. So normally we can get away with translation. And I have to say, you know, the Ukrainian healthcare system is incredibly resilient. It's really coped very, very well with this huge demand. In addition, the Ukrainian surgeons themselves are very capable and very able. The problems they're facing are really challenging. We've not got used to deal with the battle casualties in normal life. For instance, being a surgeon on duty for nine years, I met just several times a gunshot injury since the big invasion has been started.
