How Would I Apologize Without Saying It's the Negative Emotions?

I was trying to figure out, like, why do people judge you so harshly? Like, what's going on there? Because I think that's a little bit of a two way relationship as well. How would I apologize without saying it's the negative emotions? because I mean, I didn't do it for no reason. Who am I going to apologize to myself? It's not the toxic community that made me like throw people under the bus. So I'm not going to apologize for that in particular. I just apologize.
