The lockdown is extended till May 15th so here we are inside for the ride. I always hear that one of the number one things to combat depression is exercise and I know in the last four years of me going to the gym non-stop and a lot of walking it does make me feel better. You got to exercise. This is vital you got to be doing some indoor exercising or slip out into the neighborhood with a mask on and gloves or whatever and get some walking on get that heart rate up.
