How Do Things Make It on Your List?

How do things make it on your list? It's a very good question. I usually put this please vote label on pull requests just to see if people are interested in this. Usually I also check things like the stars, when was the last contribution? Like how many, how many contributors are there? Because if we put something here on the list and then people start using it and we burn out some maintainers of a library, we just wanted to do, you know, publish something. Yeah.
