The Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Scottish Prison Service
Gender recognition certificates have nothing in a way to do with anything that happens in prison. It's important to get appropriate guidance though from the Scottish Prison Service. I think everyone feels like they've lost right now and we're in this entrenched, constitutional culture war. There is a good faith way forward if you've got politicians with a political role in both governments.
