The Benefits of Electronic Muscle Stimulation

When you are training, you're training your brain period. You have to be strengthening the connections between the brain and the muscle itself. That's like those guys with the, you know, in the muscle and fitness magazines with the little abdominal stimulators. It does nothing is zero for you contracting the muscles here. Do not do that! Those things will put you closer to injury. They don't make you stronger. And they won't allow you next time to lift 700 pounds. Okay. So stimulating these muscles here. Does nothing. The current that is generated in the brain is worthless. If that makes sense, does nothing. Yeah.
