How to Make a Longer Wedge, Shorter Club?

Tiger Woods' new golf clubs have a different shaft profile to his old ones. The design is based on tungston, which uses continuous fibre-fibre strands in the shaft. It was designed by Jason Hordasky at Patterson Golf and PGA Tour. He says it took him several months of iteration before he found something that worked for each club.
