How to Be a Better Bear on the Market

If you just stick your money in a brokerage account, chances are you're getting zero. The best I have found for right now is Vanguard Money Market funds. Americans alone are leaving $40, $50 billion a year on the table just from not caring about interest anymore. If you know your own situation and you know how stuff is priced, you can compare stuff for tactics.
