The Importance of Existing Stock

You're the chair of the National Multi Family Housing Council workforce housing task force. So, yeah, I want to move on to existing stock more than development because you're less of a developer than you're an existing stock person. But this is important. And so, yeah, the mission is the foster kind of creation preservation workforce housing and be kind of an integral partner supporting communities and residents we serve.
