I think that this is the end of sort of temporary licenses for this kind of thing. However, I would buy the idea that there will be more organized and sort of temporary opportunities for restaurants to do things like this. But as far as buying or selling the temporary outdoor dining situation, I think I'm with these guys you got to sell.
