There is a cult of personality, but it's kind of within bounds. He started off quite reluctant about that, didn't he, but then really embraced it. Now the image up to the time when the Ukraine war started was becoming much more kind of father of the nation. Even grandfatherly, he started talking about his children, his grandchildren, which is something he'd never done before.
