The War on Drugs

Inarcos, one and two are obviously about hunting down this one man who's responsible for the drug situation of columbia. What really caught my eye about this campaign is the simple fact that it maps out multiple types of human behavior right towards sex and sexuality. Soour prohibition of drugs might not be an effective solution to the problemsor that the society might be facing. It's not even resolved. But what can be done to address some of the harmful consequences? Let's say, for example, ratradiction?
