Getting Your Staff to Engage From a Content Side

I tried to provide a small incentive I guess for those who already engaged. So now by contributing to the pile of content or videos, photos, whatever it is in that phone you can then take that and use it yourself. That's helped a little bit but it only incentivizes people that already incentivize to do it from that standpoint. If there isn't the expectation and there's not any downside nor is there upside then that could be a factor too. Maybe there's things to think about. Not saying we've got or we don't have that down pat at all.
