What's at Stake in 2023?

There is less of a proliferation of some of the riskier mortgage backed securities that were sort of at the heart of the last crisis. Why is that exactly? Is that they've been regulated out of business in a way? Or is this the market learning from the past and the sort of market has taken care of those risky securities, those derivatives that everyone used to talk about? That's the key. We have two other 2023 stories that we want to address, but I think we should take a break here and we'll be back in a second to address those other stories.
