Deputy governor Shinichi Uchida said when the time comes for the bank to adjust yield curve control, it may have to be a surprise. Kathleen Hayes: I think what he's saying is we're not necessarily going to signal this. They don't have to do this today. It doesn't feel like the market's putting a lot of pressure on the BOJ right now.
