The Alchemist's First Reaction, Poor Me

Santiago the alchemist has a first reaction, poor me. We all have that thought too, right? That's the first thing. But then what does he do next? He doesn't continue to focus on it. He realizes: I've got to make a choice. Do I really want to believe that I'm a victim? Or do I want to choose a stronger mindset? This is another great example of positive psychology.
