Clearview has apparently been using the developer program where you can distribute your app to people who are supposed to help with development of it. And that's basically sidestepping a process that Apple has in place for clearing certain regulations and so on. It'll be interesting to see if they can actually find a better way to make it work, but at least for now, Apple has disabled the way I build you to do this.
