The Impact of Automation on Income and Wealth Inequality

The key idea in our work is that essentially there's some people who essentially are capital owners. And then when there's more automation, it's not just the high school workers who benefit, but also the owners of capital. So this clearly has a lot of applications in COVID-19 policies. We will come back to that so that we can talk about it more detail.
