Dean Obeidallah: Dean is running an organization in New Hampshire called the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute. He was given the challenge of going, of generating an abundant supply of replacement organs for humans. And so he's built a capability to put in one end stem cells and out in those stem cells grow in large populations that can then be differentiated into human-produced organs. The book Hail Mary by Andy Weir really resonated with me because I think it's that kind of mindset, we just have to figure it out.

Josh Tetrick is the CEO of Eat Just a company that specializes in no-kill meat. Eat Just was founded in 2011 by Josh Tetrick and Josh Balk. The company’s goal is to replace chicken dinners with cultivated fillets in the near future. Eat Just recently netted $370m in investments, including wealth funds backed by Qatar and the estate of Microsoft co-founder Paul G Allen
