Harold says he started writing about knowledge management in the early 2,000s. But it wasn't until five or six years later that people began to pick up on his ideas. He now calls himself 'personal knowledge mastery' and has had companies contact him for help with their own technology. Harold: It's like zadness - you can always get better.
