The Importance of Language in the User Experience Space

Actor or agent is something that gets used at university level and so on to describe agents in a system. But outside of that we know how long it took to get user experience adopted inside many businesses. And you have to think about when there are suggestions like using the word actor or agent those things have completely different connotations to people as well especially with people with the English as a second language.
