The Bank of England's Statement That We're Not Going to Go Into Recession
The Bank of England said not only have we not gone into recession so far, that we probably won't. That is quite the turnaround and it feeds into something that we thought would happen in the first quarter of this year. We deal with property investors day in day out and how people were sort of the backend of last year and even into January compared to where they are now a few months later.
