The Importance of Nano Intermissions in Sleep
Gemma Chen: What I really advocate is having what I call nano intervals or nano intermissions. So every time you go to do a new task, go to a new tab, change, you know, to a phone call and have 30 seconds of resident breathing. And this is the sort of intermission in your day and then get onto the next thing. Those are little punctuated,. you know, fracturing the intensity of the stress I find is incredibly helpful.
