Bili: I was really surprised by these polar results. It's very contrary to how i, ah, how i think. Another listener pointed out that extending the conversation to men is important because as women make less than men, knowing how much you are under earning by is important. But personally, i don't have a lot of close male friends in the same, in the same field. And i would like to build more data points to know how i should be thinking about my salary and my future earning potential.
