Processing in Therapy
Processing is helping somebody to examine something that they're experiencing or feeling without interjecting too much of your subjectivity on the topic. When do you know something has been processed? When a client stops paying you. In therapy, usually yes, but I don't think therapists control the rights to the idea of processing so you could process through meditation or dance or going out into nature.
