Self Manage Your Short Term Rentals

On the long term rental, we're getting about $600 and then we split that 5050, which 300 each. We use a ton of different softwares and literally I probably work on my Airbnb because I only have one. It's like maybe 10 minutes a week. There is so much automation and so many things you can do to where it is easier to, to self manage those in a lot of ways. But once you do, I recommend you go that route because you don't want to be paying like 25, 30% in short-term rental like management fees.
