The Impact of California's Ban on Animal Agriculture

If California banned animal agriculture, let's say that, maybe the most likely to do it. There would be so much backlash and I just don't know that like our fragile democracy could really handle that right now. If we as a government began to incentivize both through subsidies or like shifting the subsidies from animal to plant agriculture, then that would be a big thing. But then also if we, uh, it would make everything cheaper. And so then people would just choose to buy that because animal products would be what they actually cost - which would be way more than a lot of the plant products. Now, these people are going to lose their jobs still. Like that's going to happen
