Speaking in Full Sentence

The first step to fluency is being comfortable forming those full sentences. A good teacher will give each student the time to form that sentence and feel good about doing it. The other thing, and this is very important, when the teacher corrects your English, it's important that you repeat that correction. For most adult learners, they have the knowledge, the grammar knowledge, but they don't have the practical ability to produce it. They need to become more aware of their errors.
