How to Build a Supercomputer on the Cheap?

It's possible to build yourself a super computer on the cheap. All you have to do is cannibalize existing computers. A playe station five has extremely high processing power. You take them apart, take the processers and tie these processes together. There you have your own very powerful supercumbram. People have done this with the ps too, 20, 30 years ago. I say, why can't the iites have a yearly budget and a yearly competition?
