Do Not Teach Vowels When You're Teaching Babies

When you're teaching babies, I recommend do not do not teach the vowels. They can use it later when they're learning to spell, right? But teach the sound of the letter. So if I show the E, I would just say E. Of course, E has other pronunciations. It can say its own name, right? E. There are other, it can kind of make an A sound sometimes. The names are not important. And then I also have whole words. So I'm teaching both. I'm teaching whole language and basic phonics at the same time.
