I think women in general, like my wife, like her love language, like an active service for her is getting out of the house and take a break. And so you could also look at, are there ways that you could help her be able to get more of that break? Like, hey, babe, you can go to yoga tonight and I'll watch the kids and while the kids are there, you're just not giving them gaming. Those sorts of strategies aren't always super sexy and always completely practical all of the time, but you can certainly institute them more of the time.
