Is There a Way to Improve the Performance of a Java Project?
There are several things which can be improved. Start up time is one thing, because er, the usual run and start up time of mamen is depending on the jibm. The transition between plagins could be optimise. And i think there are more improvements that have been done over the past few years. Of course we need to do some real good measurement in order to get better performance. We need a formal proceesion process for these types of projects. To be honest, I don't know how large the improvement could be - maybe increase of five% or two%.
