The Three A's of Platelet Disorders

Platelet disorders are issues of activation or secretion from platelet granules. We'll have four that we'll go over: gray platelet syndrome, Hermansky-Pudlax syndrome 1 and Cetic Higashi syndrome. Most of these are autosomal recessive; there's a pocket of cases in Puerto Rico. The treatment for each one is factor seven if the patient is bleeding.
