The in-Group Bias in Remote Work

In-group bias is that people who recognize some commonality among each other, identify with each other and feel like they are part of a group. And that is itself trust-building to be part of the group. I think before the pandemic, when it was much still like a thing, but much less common that people work remotely,. The feeling of we like remote work and we're good at it felt like you were part of a pretty special in-group.
