Netflix doesn't charge enough and if you kind of look at commercial broadcast television, average cable bills like 85 bucks, average ad burden is about 65 bucks. Netflix is $15 for over 40 hours, so less than 50 cents an hour. Where did that 50, 60 cents of lost revenue go? The answer is losses. So the guys who are trying to compete with Netflix are getting their asses kicked...and they're saying let's extract our pound of flesh."
