Do 10,000 Steps a Day?
I'd rather live 60 healthy years than a hundred years where half of them are not, you know, in a good condition when you've had too much. And I don't want to be that burden on my children. They do say that you should walk around 10,000 steps a day. But if you're sitting in an office and you're very busy, it's quite hard to get that in. So something I discovered recently though is you can get treadmills that go underneath your desk. If you did manage to get a standing desk, you can walk while you're working. It comes out in certain words, yeah. Just I'm proud of it. We were talking
